A Philosophy Evolving
Although my mindfulness training, meditation and spiritual practice had completely changed my life, I was nervous about sharing this with clients. I felt I should keep this separate; that this would turn people off.
But eventually this Truth had to be included. Knowing that having a spiritual practice can not only bring greater peace and balance, but can also sky rocket health and fitness goals, I had to share this information with those who were open to hearing it.
It is arguably the most powerful tool in the path to whole being wellness. We are not segmented parts- we are a whole. We are physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, energetic. How we treat our bodies is determined by how we think, feel, and what we believe about ourselves.
Though you may feel that your life is compartmentalized- the reality is that every area of your life effects the other. So it must all be considered. And while we have bodies that need our love, we are not our bodies. We are much, much more. We are a part of the beautiful Infinite.
Reminding people of their bigger Truth, reconnecting them with light, love and power within, and witnessing those dramatic, beautiful changes is the joy, honor and pleasure of my life!
